Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company: tridatex

tridatex will have 3 different types of customers:
1) Users: Users will register to our subsidiary web site (freebieprizes.com) and earn points for browsing Web Site Partners
2) Website Partners: Web site partners are non-commerical websites that rely on advertising for income (e.g. mumsnet.com) that have contracted tridatex to host/manage online advertising within their web site
3) Advertisers: Advertisers will contract tridatex to target adverts at desired target market

tridatex (Tri – Data Exchange) name derives from the three different types of customer and the value of exchanging data between them (i.e. in order for the business to work we need all three customer types). It’s important that the logo reflects the 3 different parties. However we do NOT want gimmicky icons/images representing each customer type

Users will interact with freebieprizes.com whereas Web Partners and Advertisers will interact directly with tridatex. As a result, the tridatex logo and branding will need to reflect B2B customer type and therefore need a modern, cool, sleek, crisp and professional design thats suitable/attractive to marketeers and web managers.

Websites and/or Advertisers will only partner with us if they believe we have the capability to target online users successfully and reliably. These themes (e.g. precision, accuracy, reliability) should also be reflected within the logo. This also means we’re looking for sharp edges over rounded edges

It should be all lower case "tridatex" and should NOT be Tridatex or TriDaTex or TRIDATEX

Not really thought about colours but I attach freebieprizes.com logo for indication of colours used if you decide to incorporate the colours within tridatex logo. If logo includes different colours there should be maxmium of 2 different colours and/or shades of the same colour.
