WHO WE ARE
Hi Crowders! We are an advertising portal that focus on presenting the latest property launches in Singapore. Our platform and interface will provide consumer an enjoyable and easy browsing experience looking for their ideal property to buy/invest, while ensuring updated information, images/videos, and other useful description is provided on each project.

WHAT WE NEED
Our website is www.todaynewlaunch.sg, and we need designs for our Facebook page www.facebook.com/todaynewlaunch. One as the Cover Image (815 x 315), and one as our Sponsor Ad Image (1200 x 627). The 2 designs can be similar or different.

DESIGN
We want to convey a professional and sociable feel. A "cool" and elegant design may be suitable, although feel free to have your own look & feel as long as it suits our purpose. Try to have a focus, and not look messy. We don't want to look cheap, spammy or boring in any sense. Be creative and purposeful =) You may use the shutterstock images attached or you can use your own. Add symbols or graphics if it helps to give the design a better feel.

For your reference, I find there is a number of good designs with nice look & feel in this project including those withdraw/eliminated.

IDEAS
You may want to embed our portal in an IPAD device as part of the design (see samples below but replace iphone with iPad). And/or you can have a blur-out image background to have a focus on what you want to show. Please note that we are not restricting any other designs concept, this is just an idea I have.

CAPTIONS
You may use one or a few of the sample captions below.

- Residential • Commercial • Overseas (perhaps label on images)


Hope we can find an ideal design here. We will request from designcrowd to increase the project budget to give out more participation payments if there is a few good ones. We are also looking to find suitable designers for our future projects as we need a few more designs. If you have questions, feel free to ask me and I will reply promptly.
