We have gone with the one majority chose because it was the closest to the concept of the logo wanted. Adjustments are being made for the final logo. Your logo was the other choice but this one we had to go with. We are grateful for your submission.

I'm surprised given the submission was a direct copy of another company, but if you're happy moving forward with that, that's your call. Good luck with the brand.
