Can you please make it more clear about the content of postcard,

I have access to lists of houses that have recently sold and based upon pictures I can identify which houses NEED new kitchen cabinets i.e. foreclosed, trashed homes etc.  Currently I print up a kitchen plan, drawings and a bid based off those pictures.  I then mail a packet with the drawings/bid to the new home owners at the address.  It can be a very successful way of direct mailing, but there are a few very big disadvantages. 

1.  About 60% of the packets come back as undeliverable because the house is vacant.
2.  It takes me about 10 minutes to put together a packet - with 60% of them coming back that''s a lot of wasted time.
3.  It costs about $3 per packet to mail out - paper, envelopes, printer ink and postage. 

4.  Because of the time commitment I don’t regularly make packets and mail them out, so I lose out on any possible leads if the packet is delivered.

I’m looking for a postcard that will target a new home owner, something I can print a label for and pop in the mail.  If it comes back in the mail I’m only out the 30 seconds it took me to put a label on it and the postcard postage. 

On my craigslist ad (yes I post an ad on craigslist every day) I get a lot of leads because people like the FREE Delivery and FREE Installation shtick.  I don’t know if there’s a way to make that into a “special offer” or something else to get them to call/email me.  Honestly once I have the lead, my prices and expertise are so good that I’m closing 95%+ of calls I get.
