Resumen de Diseño de Logo

New renovating business, Renovating Homes, requiring a logo design.

Based in Western Australia and specialising in taking tired, old properties and making them new again. We aim to create enjoyably liveable homes for young families in particular.

Product pricing is mid range i.e. appliances, furnishings, fixtures (not top end but not cheap either)

Our work is primarily cosmetic renovation (approx. 80%) and the rest construction (approx 20%).

Would like a logo that symbolises/conveys the following:
- clean, simplistic/minimalistic design
- modern, contemporary style with
- little bit of funk/uniqueness
- appealing to both females and males

The logo needs to be classy/sophisticated, not tacky/cheesy.

I am not phased about colours but would like some ideas/a few options when it comes to this.

I do like the idea of incorporating some funky type furniture/furnishings/fixtures into the logo but not sure how this would be done and do not want to sway the design concepts in any particular way.

I would also like the logo to be easily transferable onto black singlets/t-shirts if possible further down the track. And also be used on white backgrounds such as webpages/stationary.

Please advise of the type of font you use and also what types of files you can provide if you design is successfully chosen,
