Some feedbacks would be nice

No problem. I got to thinking a bit about incorporating "Homestead Management" into the logo and think that it would be best to have a logo that would go above or next to the company name as opposed to focusing the design on the name (which is a bit cumbersome for the artwork). Also, just plain old "Homestead", without the "Management" is fine too.

A couple of ideas that our team kicked around were homey farm house with windmill or graphic wind scape over rolling hills. I like color. The logo, with some semblance of the company name will definitely go on caps and above shirt pockets with embroidery stitching. Shirts are for both field and office personnel.
