We have just formed a new company based in Dallas, Texas. Our company provides business, tax and financial consulting services to families controlling $100 Million or more in assets. We have five existing clients and want to expand significantly. We work directly with law, accounting and asset management firms on behalf our clients, helping to quarterback and report on their activities for our clients. We also provide business operations consulting services for the venture capital companies our clients have invested in. We are currently building a venture capital fund so as to mitigate the risk our clients take when making these investments. Our business processes rely on financial analysis, economic modeling, strategic planning, plan implementation and execution, monitoring and measuring results and daily operation of the entities which have been formed for our clients' benefit.
