You're referring to an image in the "Vista web site". I did find a Canadian on line printing shop but not sure that it's the same site you mention. They have more than 200 pages of card samples, couldn't yet find yours. But because I'm not even sure this is the web site you refer to, so please put a link or image file to be able to download from your brief.

The logo is under Health Care range and it is around page seven, they do not give a reference number not sure how I can upload to you, if you give me a direct email I can probably send you an image of what I am looking for.
