Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We would like to modify our existing logo, which is for a restaurant that is a Grill. Our existing logo is attached.
Changes to design:
1) remove double black box around design, change background to white and "S" smoke to the gold/brown color (currently the background color in the design).
2) Change red and black "grill" lines to a red bowl outlined in black. Would like a spoon sticking in the bowl - black (handle) where it is out of the bowl, white where it is inside the bowl.
3) Where it says "GRILL", change to "SOUP COMPANY".
4) Change any ratios of size between the logo design and the company name as you feel are artistically needed. Larger/smaller, etc.
5) Initially we will be using this on a 2" round (white) sticker.

So basically it would look like a bowl of steaming soup, but retaining the "S" smoke and logo/fonts in the original design. Please feel free to add any borders or artistic changes to the above you feel enhances the logo's appearance. Thank you in advance for your help.
