Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a creative fresh logo for a new company called "Aspire" based in Brisbane Australia with national scope providing Mortgage Broking solutions and Business Consulting services.
Our initial lending target markets include the Home Loans and Commercial both in Equipment Finance and Vehicle leases. Our business consulting arm will focus predominantly on business management solutions to SME's.
We are looking for a creative logo with a touch of femininity. Colours at this stage include lime, light bright greens with purples and lining of sliver.
But open to creative alternatives, "Aspire" is all about enabling, supporting and facilitating client dreams to be fulfilled, that's the core of our existence.
The final design should communicate dynamism, elegance, virtue and stability.
Although we are focusing on promoting "Aspire" the full business name is Aspire Business Insights.

• Aspire needs to stand out and be memorable, note this is both a mortgage broking and a business consulting firm so a pure focus on mortgage broking alone won't cut it!
  I'm not interested in blues as I feel they are overdone and don't reflect my personality, the colour sequence I've uploaded is an indication, open to creative improvements.
