Is it playful/colourful/luxurious?

I am a kids clothing/textile designer so this project I am very eager to get started on, also can you commit to the payment so that I can begin to shape some designs for you.

Many thanks for your comment. We only sell baby blankets, and these will be more of a luxurious item than very colourful or playful. It's for fashion-conscious mothers who are after something different to the current offerings on the market.
I'm not sure I understand "can you commit to the payment"? Could you let me know what you mean here?
