Thank you for the invite. I have a small issue with the brief. You speified you wanted the logo in layered .PSD however, for the logo to be a decent quality, it needs to be created using a vector software which Photoshop isnt. I would suggest .AI layers from Adobe Illustrator as the logo will be resized and rescaled without quality loss. This is something that would be a limitaion with photoshop's .PSD layers
