Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I want a logo with hand holding the letters HMD from the back. This can be similar to the old Crunch gym logo. I'd like to stick with black and white, though some gold, silver, and greys would be work great also. This logo is going to be used in embroidering, and possibly the raised/3D embroidering that's common on hats.
I'm including a crunch logo, I don't have any current artwork for this design. I'm not 100% stuck on the logo I provided, it's just a similar concept we were looking at.
