Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Open Spectrum is a small start-up business in the fields of Radio Communications and Telecommunications Engineering. We would like a logo design that reflects the modern, minimalist and resourceful nature of our business; it should also have an industrial feel to complement the engineering aspect.
The company name 'Open Spectrum' is both a representation of the quality of the main services we provide, and of the transparent (open) way our business is run. Our main services include radio-frequency assignment and licensing (allocating parts of the radio-frequency 'spectrum'), in an efficient way that 'opens-up' the spectrum for better consumer use. Some important points:
- We are flexible on colour choices currently, but we would like two color versions of the logo - one for a white background and one for dark background.
- The logo needs be in a horizontal/landscape aspect and not take up too much vertical space.
- The logo should contain the text 'Open Spectrum'.
- The words 'Open Spectrum' can be spaced out or not, (i.e. OpenSpectrum is acceptable - as long as the individual words are emphasised).
- The words 'Open Spectrum' can be in any case (i.e. all upper, all lower, or title case).
- Ideally the logo should also comprise a graphic or icon. If one is included it should have the same height as the logo text.
- The font should be a SANS-type font (serif is not acceptable).
