I need a DL flyer, double-sided designed for a Brisbane based outdoor group exercise/training company called Get Out! Get Out! provides group outdoor training, designed for the individual. It provides the support, motivation and one-on-one attention of personal training combined with the support of a group environment. The classes are fun, challenging and aim to develop confidence & fitness. Weight loss is not the focus, although it is a benefit.

English speaking men & women aged 25 - 45, white-collar office jobs. Average-low level of fitness, not hugely 'fitness' oriented but want to improve quality of life, overall fitness, lose a bit of weight.

Computer and consumer literate. Live in suburban Brisbane, Australia.
