I have attached the full spreadsheet which is what needs to be worked with.

In here you can see a number of examples which I have also depicted.

The main point is that the full spreadsheet needs to have graphic tools to depict the numbers as they are entered and therefore be used every month as an intuitive dashboard.

well to be honest i am not good with spreadsheets and all this excel stuff,
and i don't think you can get your desired design within one day.
you better ask design crowd for refund. as a designers we like to
work on simple projects, like logo designing or any simple graphical stuff
for websites etc.

I have this spreadsheet, its very chaotic, anyway what we should do? Redesign them and place it back? What about sizes?
Also presentation? Should we redesign it as well? Redesign graphics? icons?

This has been on for 9 days already but I am happ to extend further if time is the only limit.

Only the spreadsheet needs work on. The presentation was provided as an example of the branding design we use, as the brief states.

The spreadsheet does need significant work, which is why it has been posted as a project. It needs fully re-designing on design to make this easy to digest by staff.

What should remain are the formulas set up in the spreadsheet so that the data each month can be entered and the graphics populated. Ie. if the battery charge was used to reflect the number of mobile projects still, this would jump to full if all projects are commissioned.

You want a graphical interface (buttons) added to the spreadsheet?

Kind of like a menu, to make data easy to input and easy to read the results?

If yes, where in the spreadsheet must this be done, can you be very specific (what table, where in the table, etc.)

P.S. You'll probably have to extend the deadline

Sorry I uploaded this as a dashboard as it is not one specific image. Instead, all components- charts, grids and the overall template and layout are to be redesigned and configured to work in excel along with the live data.

I have extended the deadline if anyone is able to work on this.
