I need a postcard designed for Brandy Chase Apartments, a residential complex in Radcliff, KY. with 1 & 2 BR unfurnished apts, 1 BR extended stay (furnished) apts and townhouses.
I'm looking to solicit residents in other area complexes, directing them to visit www.bc-apts.com or visit my complex. I have mailing list to select who I want to solicit.
My key points are:
1. Deal direct with owner for great rate and for best deal
2. Application fee waived by presenting this postcard
3. Flexible security deposit, based on credit score
4. Monthly free rent specials
5. Tenant referral specials
A have a logo I would like to include and pics available to use if helpful.

Kelly.... That looks great. Great job. Please just confirm that the address (blank) lines on the address side are removed because I have labels to attached. If I understand the process, all I have to do is click on accept and it's done, so I will do that. Please just be sure the blank address lines are deleted.
