Resumen de Diseño Con Ícono

mWater is a non-profit organization that helps people use a mobile app to report water quality test results in regions where drinking water sources are often contaminated. It is designed for low-income regions of the planet, so the interface requires an image-based communication.

The opening page of the app offers four choices: map, sources, my tests, and settings. We are seeking a redesign for these buttons/icons. The current buttons for map, sources, my tests, and settings were designed in wireframe by our team, who are water experts and not design experts. This page looks amateurish and potential funders or clients react poorly to it. We are seeking an icon re-design that looks professional and communicates graphically so that a person who is not fluent in English can still understand it.
