I was only able to download the Live Earth logo. The Rose Bowl logo gave me code gibberish. Not an illustrator file.
Please upload the vector file of the Rose Bowl logo.

And once you've done that, I need to know if you want the logo combination in color or BW.

There are also EPS versions of each logo, so you should be able to download those and edit those in Illustrator.
