Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new university research lab called the "Neuroscience and Robotics Lab," co-directed by 6 engineering professors. The logo would be used on our website and at the bottom of our powerpoint slides. It should be clean, relatively simple, attractive, and, if possible, convey science, math, or high tech. The planned abbreviation for the lab is "NxR", so that can be used or featured in the logo. I am attaching a simple sample NxR logo we created that uses a mathematics font, and actually has some meaning mathematically (the natural numbers crossed with the reals; "natural" might correspond to neural systems, while "real" might correspond to robotics). A design could incorporate this mathematical NxR element, but it is not necessary.
