I assume that I would need the layout code of the programming, but I am not sure.  I am a layperson.

This is my first time using DesignCrowd or anything of this nature, so I am not comfortable with guaranteeing payment.  But as long as I get a reasonably good design, I will pay.  I am not using any other site or designer.
