Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We are a bicycle tour company doing tours here in Switzerland (www.bikeswitzerland.com). We have also developed a good business selling our own jerseys (www.bikeshopswitzerland.com)

We would like to develop a new jersey every year. Last year's jersey can be seen here:

I would like the motif/graphics of this t-shirt to be based on the Swiss craft of paper cutting. I suggest doing a Google image search of "Swiss paper cutting" to become familiar with these motifs.

The motif/graphics should cover the entire jersey.
I especially like the how swiss paper cuts pay close attention to detail and so the final jersey design needs to incorporate a lot of detail.
I also like how Swiss artists frame their cuttings with detailed borders, and so I would (maybe?) like a design that puts these elements on the cuffs/neckline/waistline

Earlier this year I commissioned a papercutting design for a banner and I will attach it to this project. Artists are welcome to take freely from this design, either inspiration or specific parts of it, (since I am happy with the banner, that should give you an idea).

Also, although Swiss papercutting is an "old" and "traditional" craft, I would like the motif to have a modern feel.

The jersey should be primarily black/white, but I think it would be also good to incorporate some RED into the design, (our company colors are red/black/white)

Finally, I'd like our logo incorporated somehow. However, if this cannot be done harmoniously, then we can drop it.

The most important is for the jersey itself to be beautiful.

The winning designer may be asked to develop a matching pair of shorts and/or jacket for an additional price depending upon the success of the final jersey design.

Note: Like all bike jerseys, the design will be printed on polyester or something similar.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

The people coming to us to buy jerseys love cycling and Switzerland.
I included a link to last year's jersey and I think the customers especially liked this jersey because of how it's obvious Swiss elements, (flag, emblems, etc)

Of course, this design will be more "discreetly" swiss.Buyers were of all ages and most reside here in Switzerland.

Although I would like to have the jersey be bought by BOTH men and women, I suspect that this new jersey will be especially attractive to women.
