A world where every person can enjoy the benefits of belonging and contributing to an intentionally supportive and inclusive community, each can call “home”.
Mission:
Using our people-first, community-based approach; applicable to urban, suburban, and rural settings; Dovetail’s mission is to create inter-generational, eco-conscious, not-for-profit, housing communities, designed for people of all ages and abilities; especially seniors.
Values:
Collaboration--Together, we build strong partnerships amongst community groups, private entities, and government, to create self-sustaining communities that provide environmental stewardship and an enhanced quality of life for all.
Commitment--We are dedicated to providing honest and compassionate services to our communities and beyond; with the same commitment to honour our agreements with donors, funding agencies, and supporters.
Transparency--In all of our operations, we demonstrate openness and integrity.
Accountability--We are meticulously responsible to the money’s bestowed upon us, as we follow ethical practices and governance to the highest possible standards.
