Hello Vince,
Thank you for submitting your design.  There are many things we like about it.  We would like to see more green in the background and perhaps a little less of the black along the edges.  We want to have 3 or four flowers in the garden (each a different type).  The gardener girl is very attractive.  Would like to make her skin tone less pink to appeal to multiple racial/cultural groups. I hope this helps.
