Alexander Kopp MD
Dr. Kopp is board-certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He completed Internal Medicine Residency at the New England Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School and subsequently completed Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Kopp is on staff at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Metro West Medical Center in Natick for the last 15 years. His areas of special interest include general gastroenterology and hepatology and in particular, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Barrett’s Esophagus, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, colon and gastrointestinal cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.


Lawna Wigle MSN, FNP
NEW STAFF In December 2013 we welcomed our newest staff member, Lawna Wigle, MSN FNP, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She can take care of many of your healthcare needs, prescribe medication and provide health education. Lawna specialized in Family Medicine, the treatment of liver disease, as well as abdominal transplant pre-and post-operative care. Lawna is compassionate, friendly, extremely patient and dedicated to her patients and well respected by them.
