Alex,
What type of logo are you after?
And are there any other logos that are from this sort of cross country trip that you like?
Regards
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
Thanks for your reply. We originaly wanted to have the Australian flag & map in the logo but after seeing some of the suggestions we realize that we could go without the flag/map.
One of the designes with just 3 bikers and the words the southern crossing under the image is very nice but its in black and we prefer to see it in diffrent colors.
Can you design something with 3 bikes going right to left and the words "the southern crossing", please.
Cheers,
Alex

Alex,
I had that idea with the map and flag included. I have uploaded a yellow concept and 2 others with a more modern/cleaner look. I will work on your suggestion as well.

Stuart,
Thank you for your work on this project.
Here is a feed back about your logo, from our marketing person.
The yellow Australia. This is a playful and fun logo, with inspirations from travel and adventure scenarios, like the arrow etc.
I can assume the only difference between the two logos, is the variance in colour. I feel the darker one is better, considering text is white. Good design because it can be easily inverted and changed. I would look at getting a plethora of colours like blue and green to see what looks best. Yellow is never a great colour to use when printing merchandise etc.
I feel the font is nice and playful down the bottom ''Two wheels east to west'' BUT The Southern Crossing text would need to be more corporate and legible. Perhaps like in #179528 as an example.
The bike imagery would need to be modified.
This type of logo can be incorporated into some fun itinerary and production graphics, using the bikes and arrows etc for animations and print design.

Alex,
Thanks for that feedback, however I can't view the other designs due to copyright and privacy issues in the DesignCrowd agreement. I can only view them once the competition closes.
For a side on picture of the bikes with all their gear, do you have a photo you can email me so I can trace it? I would rather have your bikes than a random image. I looked on the site and there's only one suitable, I will work on this image and upload a concept.
