Resumen de Diseño Wordpress

We need a fresh new WordPress design for an older website that was created in 2009. The current site is very, very stale. For the new site design, I need a layout that is responsive and will look good on mobile as well as desktop.

The current website is www.pamdrivers.com

The site's purpose is to recruit truck drivers to work for the trucking company named PAM Transport. The company's logo will NOT change and the new design should complement the logo colors including dark red, black, white and silver-gray.

Pages and navigation - the new design will reduce the total number of pages in the main navigation.

Here's a list of main navigation:
home page
experienced drivers
inexperienced drivers
cdl training (replaces current truck driver training)
military veterans (replaces separating military)
about pam transport (moved to footer perferably)
driver awards


The design should also include social media icons for Facebook, Twitter, a blog and YouTube.

Calls to Action:
The main purpose of the site is to encourage visitors to apply for these truck driving jobs. "Apply Now" & "Call Us" are both used on the site.

I will upload the company logo and some images that can be used in the design.

If other trucking or highway related imagery or artwork is used in the design, it should reflect US trucking - European/Asian semi trucks and roadway signage look different.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Truck drivers and those looking to become truck drivers. These visitors are "scanners" and don't like to read a lot of text, so design should visually lead them to the call to action.
