However, this is my first experience with this site and so far the customer service has not been that great.  I haven''t been able to logon since Sunday.  The designs seem great so far so I am being swayed back.  Maybe on the next project I will choose to guarantee my request, but this time around I am moving cautiously.  Thanks,  Robin

Hi Robin,As far as the services of the Design Crowd,They are the best in their class.Sometime it happens due to server problem.No matter either you guarantee the project or not.But sometimes clients takes ideas from the designers and on the other hand,they refund their money without thinking of the hard work and time spend for the project by the designers.That's why most of the designers work on Guaranteed projects.
I am working as a freelancer for Design Crowd since Nov.2013.They are very honest & professional to Contest Holders as well as designers.So don't take it personally.

Chaitanya, thank you for your input.  I understand that some people will would take the work of a designer and decline the project but use the design. We are not one of them but that is a risk you take when using this type of service.  It is up to us the consumer to lock in or you the designer to decline if we don''t.  I respect your position, but you have to respect the consumer too! If I work with a graphic designer (which I do, they couldn''t turn this around as quickly as we needed it) I know that I will not pay her unless she provides a design that fits and looks good enough to send to potential clients.   There isn''t a contract with this site and if I lock in and the designs come back awful  then I am stuck paying a chunk of change and then having to look else where!  That isn''t fair either.   Anyway, thank you for your position on the subject.  We have received a few designs we really like and now I am getting a consensus from my business partners.
