Resumen de Diseño De Banner Publicitario
NZ Topo Map needs banner ads designed in VARIOUS SIZES. Can be static (PNG, GIF, JPG) or animated GIF. Maximum file size for each ad is 50 KB (for use with Google AdWords).
These are just for general promotion of the free online topo map service NZ Topo Map. I'm open to text suggestions, but here's some ideas that might work well:
Main text: "Free online topo map"
Secondary text (if required): "Using the official LINZ topo maps"
Secondary text / button text (if required): "Go explore" / "Explore" / etc.
Text capitalisation: Whatever looks / reads best.
The banners should be catchy and interesting while obviously enticing the user to click. Background on our site can be found on the info tab at: http://www.topomap.co.nz
For initial design selection to save time only 3 banner sizes are required:
728 x 90 (Leaderboard)
160 x 600 (Wide Skyscraper)
300 x 250 (Medium Rectangle)
But for the final product I'd like the following sizes:
728 x 90 (Leaderboard)
468 x 60 (Banner)
120 x 600 (Skyscraper)
160 x 600 (Wide Skyscraper)
200 x 200 (Small Square)
250 x 250 (Square)
300 x 250 (Medium Rectangle)
336 x 280 (Large Rectangle)

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Sorry for the lack of feedback recently. Been a little too busy with Christmas approaching and a few issues with ISP.
I pretty much have a design picked out now - just working with the designer to get some minor tweaks, so please don't submit anymore designs unless asked as I'd hate for anyone to waste their time.
Thank you everyone for your effort.s It's been a hard decision to make regarding the design to go for!

Topo (Topo50) map showing - I'd ideally like to see this as the major graphic element, presented well. Simple designs are fine!

For access to TIFF Topo50 maps images for use in the design:
Open the downloads tab at the top of www.topomap.co.nz and click on any of the rectangles that appear over the map to download the relevant GeoTIFF map you'd like to use (GeoTIFF is just a TIFF with some extra meta data attached, so it just like a normal TIFF for designers).
