Resumen de Diseño de Logo

As stated in the title, we are a medical personnel company based in Australia looking to take supply offshore nurses/ paramedics to Oil and Gas companies.

I have made up a version of what I am looking for with the logo as attached but obviously it will need someone more capable to improve it and finish it off. I'm open to seeing what else you may come up with using your artist licence but I suspect I will probably settle for something very close to the one I have produced so far.

I'm looking for something professional looking and not too out there, while also reflective of what the service is, hence the red cross sign and the cardiac rhythm in the name.

As well as the finished logo I have produced, I've attached the photo of the background I have used in it.
