Apologies for asking such a random question, but... Why do you want a poster of a film that has been out for years??

I don''t think I could give you a satisfactory answer to that. I have a number of movie posters (reproductions mind) on display around the house. Wanted one of True Lies but don''t like the existing posters. Had the same problem with Breakfast at Tiffany''s, Sabrina and How to Steal a Million.

Ah I see. i've done kinda the same thing around the computer. I've put postcard sized posters in frames to show them of, because i'm proud of the work I did with them. (they are all my own interpretations of movies, like... thor 2, captain america 2, godzilla, doctor who and so on.)
I'll be honest with you though. I'm probably going to give your contest a miss as I cannot draw a thing, and the big trouble in little china poster (one of my fave films by the way) is basically a drawing done in the old days before photoshop. But I could design a better photoshop poster of true lies from photos that'll be in the internet. I remember the old poster very well indeed, it just has arnie on the front holding a gun, I could do something better then that.
I'll leave it with you. If you want a drawing then no problem i'll stand to one side, but if you would like me to have a go at photoshopping a poster together, then i'll have a go.
