Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

NEEDED: Corporate marketing brochure for Atlanta-based real estate management company that manages homeowner associations and condominium associations primarily in the Atlanta market. (We don't manage apartments or individual homes for rent.) I've attached our current logo with the current teal and black corporate colors. Also, I've attached an old corporate brochure that gives you some idea of the type of content we use in marketing our services (we no longer use this) .

What I DON'T like about the old corporate brochure:

1.) Too much copy and too few pictures and graphics. People don't read - they skim. How do we capture their attention and convey the sales the message in a few minutes?

2.) Inability to customize easily. We need to be able to make edits to our presentation depending on the client. High rise condo towers have different requirements than single family swim/tennis communities. One thought is to create a "global" corporate brochure that speaks to Beacon's capabilities. In addition to that, create individual sales sheets that address a specific topic (budgets, financials, reserve studies, construction management, case studies, covenant enforcement, for example). I don't know what the format should be so I didn't check anything below.

3.) We haven't done a good job of branding Beacon across a family of materials - i.e., job applications, human resource forms, website, social media, email communication, internal communications, etc. I view this brochure as the first step in creating an overall brand for Beacon. We need someone who can take a global view of our needs and help us create templates for different applications.


Description and message of the brochure:
Beacon Management Services is the best option for community management services in the metro Atlanta region.

Style preferences:
distinctive, clean, memorable, creative - fun?

Color preferences:
corporate logo colors are teal and black against a white background
