Resumen de Diseño de Empaque

The item is a silicone anti snore device that goes into your nostrils. I need an attractive descriptive design. If a photo from shutterstock or a free and clear without copyright issue can be used to photo shop in the product that would be awesome. The product is pretty much identical to the following item which I've attached a link http://www.amazon.com/Snoring-NasiVent-Sleep-Apnea-Device/dp/B00D5XUCJ8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409110329&sr=8-1&keywords=nasivent. There are several pictures of the different angles as well as the instructions. I like this packaging but I obviously need to change it around. i think it could be a good reference though.

There is a document for the back instructions. Please show me the back design as well.
