Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Chicago called "Pinnacle Furnished Housing" (PFS). We provide high end, luxury apartments, furnished for short or long term leases. We have everything you would need down to the sheets, towels, silverware, tv, etc.

We're thinking black/white for easy use on contracts, leases, letterhead, websites, emails, and more. A symbol of Chicago would be ideal in the design using our acronym or "Pinnacle". I'm thinking Sears (Willis.. ugh) Tower or the Hancock building as a symbol. We'd like to communicate luxury, easy, living in clients new, short term, homes.
