We are a new web/social media development company called "ZestyApps". We need a website homepage and 1 inner page designed. We want visitors to our site to know in the first few seconds that we design and build "apps". We do not want people leaving our homepage not having at least the high level understanding that we design and build "Apps".

We currently have a landing page up at www. zestyapps .com

The services we offer...

1. App Consultative Services
strategy and planning services for businesses who know they should have an "App" but dont know where to start or what type of App would achieve the best ROI in relation to their objectives.

2. Persona Driven Development leading to Solution & Requirement Design
We help the client understand their audience/target market by developing typical personas of the people who they want to use the app, these personas then drive the solution and the technical requirements. During this process we also pull together written technical specs that outlines the functionality of the app including any mandatory corporate requirements, plus screen-by-screen wireframes of their app with information about page transitions/navigation and any usability requiremens

3. App Design/User Experience Design
We develop a creative look and feel that delivers an outstanding user experience.

We develop Functional Design Specs showing the planned UI (User Interface) design, including the solution design and art direction following client sign off this is passed onto the development team to be programmed along with the apps features.

4. App Development
Turning the idea into a fully functional product with great UI and UX.

5. Maintenance
We offer a range of maintenance packages to suit all budgets, but give our clients piece of mind that there is always someone to call on when problems arise.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not want a design churned out on an existing website template, so please dont waste your time if this is your normal design process, we will only consider bespoke design concepts that have really considered our brand and needs.

We expect to need additional pages designed which we will obviously look to offer the work to the designer who we choose in this competition.

Attached is a document containing links to websites with a mobile related theme that we like so you can get a feel for our likes and expectations, in addition we have attached our company logo for use in the design.

We dont have any photos or images to use, but are more than happy to pay for stockphotos etc. that are to be used in the final design.

We have not developed the text content or header titles yet so will need placeholder text/headers in place. Once we have the design we have the intention of working the content into the design and making it very search engine friendly, so we are happy for dummy text to be used in the design process unless you feel like making the text relevant.

  Crisp
  Not too noisy, with space to breath and read without being overloaded by info.
  
  4 or 5 persistant navigation links (e.g. About, Services, App Platforms, Contact Us, Blog)
  
  The inner page needs to have a subtle contact form - this shouldnt be the focus of the page but just be a feature of it as we intend to have this as a feature on most of the inner pages. The contact form needs space to add info about project, and also a note stating that by submitting their idea we are automatically guaranteeing non disclosure.
