Since 1995, sys-tekhas offered commissioning services.We’re progressive, experienced firm that has developed a unique approachto commissioning using a software tool kit that simplifies the commissioningprocess allowing you to spend time on what is important and that is doing theactual work of commissioning.

 

We are in the process of signing up commissioning agents whoare interested in playing in the commissioning field on a National Level. 

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

Being part of the sys-tekNational Commissioning Network gives you access to the other commissioningagents on a National Level allowing you to combine your forces with other CommissioningAgents (CxA’s) and tackle the larger projects without staffing up.

 

Benefits include:

 

·Access and use of sys-tek’s software commissioning tool kit that simplifies thecommissioning process by providing standardization among all your field technicianson every project.  The tool kit providesa database of real time record of data acquisition and project issues for youknow where you are at on every project daily.

·Combining forces with other commissioning agentsin the program on a National basis gives you access to staff-up for a projectwithout the cost.  In addition, giventhat everyone in the program utilizes the same tool kit for data acquisitionand commissioning documentation and reporting you can be assured whoever isworking on your project is doing the job the right and consistent with yourstaff.

·Using National Network we as a group can goafter National Accounts and provide the client with a consistent product acrossthe board regardless of location.Currently there is no one who can provide this type of service withconsistency at this level

·Using the national database of projects you cansubmit on potential projects with confidence knowing your qualifications combinewith the national network of commissioning agents can back you up on any sizeproject.

·sys-tekwill provide Marketing support if you are part of the National Network.  Marketing support will include project andemployee resumes using your logo on customized marketing material.  This will allow the new start-up company’s tocompete on day 1 and allow the smaller company to compete for larger projects.

·Training will be provided for all NationalNetwork members.  Training will beprovided on the use of the commissioning kit as well as specialized classesdesign specifically to teach the art of commissioning

·Using the sys-tek tool kit makes United States Green Building Council (USGBC) www.usgbc.org/ LEED Certification for EnhancedCommissioning a breeze by automatic generation of test scripts, functionaltesting, commissioning reports and energy use evaluation.  Other accessories with the tool kit includesetting up and providing a Monitoring and Verification program which providesadditional 2 points for the LEED Certification Program.

·Provide values added services such as Monitoringand Verification on your LEED projects and have the reports automaticallyformatted and emailed to you in real time.

sys-tek National Commissioning Program

 

 

What is it

 

1.     Weare going to create a national program where we sign-up Commissioning Agentsand companies to be part of the network.

2.     Bybeing a network partner we will provide training on using our commissioningsoftware tool kit.  This tool kit isunique and provides automatic commissioning plan development, commissioningreports and data collection in a database structure that will allow thecommissioning agent (CxA) to provide consistent services regardless of clientand who is working on the project.  (Seebrochure layout for additional information)

3.     Wewill provide mentoring for smaller companies who are just getting started inthe business

4.     Bybeing a member a commissioning company will use of our software tool kit.  The idea is to have a national organizationusing the same means and methods for providing commissioning services forbuildings.  By doing this we can gainnational recognition and obtain national accounts for larger corporations whoown real-estate.

5.     Beingpart of a national network will allow you to use resources from othercommissioning providers.  Since thecommissioning business staffing can be hard to manage this will allow a companyto go after larger projects without staffing up for just the one project.

 

 

HOW WILL IT WORK

 

When a commissioning agent (CxA) or company signs up thatwill sign a contact with sys-tek that will allow them to use the software tookkit as long as they are in good membership standing.

 

To promote membership initially we are going to get CxA’s tosign up and pay us by marking up there first $200,000 in fees using the programby 10%.  We will give them 1 full year tobook the business and make the payment of $20,000.  After the first year and initial membershipthe annual fees will be $6,000.  Thiswill pay for membership organizational cost and to support CxA’s in going afternational projects

 

We will maintain the national database of projects andpersonnel and orchestrate resources for members.  We will provide a mark-up on staff by 10% andbe used as a broker for all the CxA’s to staff their projects.

 

We will provide support and training to the CxA’s to helpthem get projects using project and personnel resumes from all the nationalmembers

 

We will mentor smaller companies on how to establish a smallbusiness.  This will include how to get aweb site, email, phone systems and contracts

 

 

MEMBERS

 

The first member company is Level 5 Commissioning, LLClocated in Houston Texas.  This companyis a minority company and is registered as a Historically Under UtilizedBusiness (HUB) in the state of Texas.Level 5 will be the example company for all future national members

 

 

 

sys-tek BENEFITS

 

1.National platform for we can go after nationalaccounts.

 

2.Allow us to get involved in projects on anational basis to help promote our design engineering business by providingdesign services.  Given that mostcommission projects expose mechanical and electrical failures that need to beupgraded in buildings we can support the CxA’s by providing engineeringsupport.  This will allow us to expandour engineering company.

 

3.Assist us in expanding sys-tek without the cost of marketing and opening up branch offices.

4.Companies that become members that prove to besuperior we can look at acquiring to expand the sys-tek network.

 

5.Provide a national program for launching thetool kit software that we developed.  

    Increase our project resume and personnelresumes
