First of all thank you for taking your time to read the brief
Pirata is an "Honest Italian" restaurant and bar splitted in three floors ( Restaurant , bar and rooftop terrace ) .
You would find little Italian reminders in the venue as the only Italian element to it is the food ( You could see in terms of design and vibe in the restaurant what we are looking for here http://bestiala.com ) .

We strongly recommend you have a look on the logos style we have included in the brief ( We are looking for something fun , sober and retro )


2. Do's
 Pirata represents what we are . We are F&B People who has been working long enough for others and have decided to go independent , we have travelled and worked the world in search of the best meals and the best service .

 Pirata is a multifunctional space with a restaurant , a bar and a roof terrace .

 Pirata can be represented by a letter “P” , although not necessarily .

3. Don’t’s
 Pirata has nothing to do with : Skulls , swords , Boats , Parrots etc . Pirata is a simple lifestyle !
 Pirata has nothing to do with Rock & Roll although our music will bring you back to the 80’s & 70's , is meant to be for fun with friends not for an specific group of people
 Pirata is not a conventional Italian restaurant , we don’t play opera , we don’t have white table cloths , instead we have rock n roll , industrial feeling , wooden tables , waiters with tattoos , and sick creative cocktails , and it just happen we love Italian food and we want to serve it simply and for sharing to have fun with your friends
 Pirata is not a family joint
Pirata is not a Pizza joint , is a international restaurant that serves Italian food .
