Currently, nichefinance.com is a domain that is listed as for sale - is your nichefinance.com with a country code at the end? Do you have an existing site already?

I realize you want a fresh new design but if you have an existing site, it is important to know exactly what kind of content you want on the site. The current list in the brief is too vague.

Also, what types of images do you want to include in your site? Large logos of institutions? People doing different things? Do you have any particular stock images in mind? I am not getting a sense of the message you want to convey from the current brief.

You have cited the example of the web designers site that utilizes a 3d cuber type slider and parallax scroll which can be implemented in a design but we need to know more specifically the content you want to include and the emotion/feeling that you are conveying to your client.

nichefinance.com is not my domain - I chose it at random and just for placeholder purpsoed - I don''t want you to create a logo for me - use any placeholder name you want - we don''t have a name yet. 

I do not have an existing site - the content I want on the site is the same content that is contained in the sample URL''s in brief (the 3 finance sites - same content) - think of it this way: you are asked to create a visually compelling "makeover" of these sites which are all using the same boring list format - about content, this is same as domain name; use same content i the 3 sample finance site to organize your layout and presentation. For example, you can use the bank logo images and loan description text -  I will change content and maybe even images later - I am more interested now in the way information is presented in terms of js scripting, visitor engagement, and click-through cues.

I am interested in your project, from the point of view that I think I understand your vision and it is the type of thing that could be quite interesting. But after reading your brief I do not think what you want is possible on your budget. We have the skills to do this but what you ask is not simple, it is a considerable task, not only in terms of creativity but also in making a dynamic API for presenting the data.

I will be keeping my eye on this competition, as if someone can produce this for you on this budget I will be closing my account shortly afterwards and taking up another career. I am not trying to be negative about your project I just think your expectations are very high for your budget.
