Resumen de Diseño De Banner Publicitario

We are a web-based company that compares, on behalf of our customers, the best loans options offered by different banks (i.e. loans with lowest interest rate etc. ).
We want to develop a line of desktop animated-bunner-ad, targeting 'public employees' and 'retired people', which will be posted on other websites.

The main features this banner must contain are the following:

- Sizes: 120x600; 160x600; 300x250; 300x600; 468x60; 728x90
- Max size of each file: initial file load=150Kb, polite load=2MB
- Animated: flash banner, 30 seconds maximum, frequence: 24 fps (frames per second)
- Must contain the logo of our company (that you can find as attachment). The logo should not be too big, as we aim to emphasize the message more than our brand.
- We provide you with the precise wording the banner must contain. (The ad is in italian, therefore we add also a translation for you to undestand).
- A 'call to action botton' that includes text too, which customers are supposed to press to be open our website.
- You are free to choose whether to use images or not (which, in case, must be coherent with the message).

• -The banner will be posted on websites with white background. In order to create contrast and enhance ad's visibility it would be better to have a "darker or coloured" banner backgound. (no red/orange/yellow).
• -Keep the Call-to-action button visible in each frame so that it never disappears.
