Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Think luxury real estate; multi-million properties. That's the look I'm going for, elegant, luxe, expensive and sophisticated - yet simple. My company name is Quintana Properties. I love the letter "Q" and want my logo to use the letter Q with some real estate graphics associated with it. I would like my "Q" logo to be very distinctive, so you can tell it's a "Q" (so please make sure the font you use isn't too funky).

I would be happy to have designers modify my existing logo or create a new one.

I would like to incorporate the color chartreuse, but am open to other colors as well as long as they look elegant and luxurious.

I currently have a logo, but I'm not 100% happy with it. I like the Q with the house in it, but this design doesn't feel "luxe" to me. I do promotional events and order promotional items, so I need a logo that looks great in color as well as black and white on signage, shirts, mugs, etc. and my current logo can't really be used in black and white because the colors are too complex. I would be happy with either a modification of my existing logo to incorporate the criteria above, or would also consider a whole new logo as well.
