Resumen de Diseño de Logo
We need a logo design for a new company based in San Francisco and NYC called Everest High Income Property. The logo will be used on our business cards, brochures, and website. We are a real estate investment trust (REIT) offering investments to wealth managers, advisors, and family offices. We would like to see designs that are modern yet traditional and sophisticated. We do not have a style guide or color palette yet. This is your chance to design freely. Core values would be trust, integrity, value. Sophisticated, yet friendly. Classy. Expensive. At the same time modern and updated. We like warmer color tones. We're asking people to invest their money with us. Think of the very wealthy. We use the word Everest to connote the idea of "high" income. Keep the colors more neutral with color as an accent. If you are going to split up the words to two lines, then make sure that "High Income" is kept together. We're here to guide you, so feel free to message us. Please don't just inset some graphic image we could grab off the net ourselves. We're looking for more than that.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We're extending the deadline an additional 3 days because we still haven't seen the design we're looking. We're not excited by the fonts or colors. Please keep trying. This is a guaranteed paid project. There will be a winner. We're looking for something simple. All the images of mountain scenes are nice, but many are too involved. Needs to be more abstract. The logo could also just be the words with no graphic. We were expecting more treatment of the fonts and sizes and colors. Let's see what you can create in the final 72 hours.
