The css and coding can be done by your coder after the design is handed over to you. They code the css, html, content management system, etc. The designers on here create designs or re-designs of existing sites. Then the contest holder gives that design to a coder to make it functional. Do you want a home page PSD re-design for the price listed? Thanks.

We will need someone to handle design (PSD) and codings as well, a functional webpage with content management system. We will put the content up ourselves.
