Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need an event logo design for a international invitational tournament in Singapore. The event logo will be printed on banners and T-shirts, hence event logo should be big enough to be printed in the middle of the t-shirts.
The following are the possibilities for the design
1. We want a pictorial design of a lion(more matured) with a handball, preferably, similar to a mascot, but we will welcome a logo as well. It would be great with the SHOT wording (including the full name 'Singapore Handball Overseas Teams")

2. We want a design of a lion to be the logo, with the word SHOT and 'Singapore Handball Overseas Teams"inculcated in the design. The lion should be able to leave an impact with the participants. The lion will be holding on to a handball, or whichever way the handball can be placed with the lion, and the lion design we are looking for be in the same direction as the picture uploaded.

Generally , we would like to see designs that use the color red and white, and also vibrant colors as this is a competition catered for the youth (Under 25 mainly), and also red and white are the national colors of Singapore. Competition will be held in month of December.
