Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking for a creative, but simple logo for a property management company near San Francisco called Legato Properties. We manage rental properties for property owners, so they don't have to deal directly with tenant issues. We would like to see a design with the full company name (in both all CAPITAL LETTERS and Traditional Lettering - with a modern font. One concept would be having the first word in one color (maybe blue or green) and the 2nd word in a different color (such as a metallic gray or gold) with both words placed in a rectangle and the fill area surrounding the text is in the opposite color of the opposing text color - basically splitting the rectangle into 2 halves. The design should convey an established company & peace of mind.

• Using a picture of a house is common in this field, so if one is used, it should be maybe modern and abstract, not a traditional picture of a home. Another small logo idea in front of the lettering is just the capital L & P in a small box with the same concept of the 2 halves showing opposite coloring. Also, a version of the lettering in all CAPS could have curved features (like the L would not have a sharp right angle)
