Hi there, this sounds like a really interesting project and the brief is great, I'd love to be involved. I was just wondering, before I start, if you could clarify for me what it is you provide. Is it market research that you offer and if so what type of business clients are you aiming at? Are you providing national services for market leading businesses or do you work on a smaller scale?

We are going to be working with market leading brands across multiple industries. Could be a Walmart. Could be an NBC. Could be a Blue Cross Blue Shield. So we're targeting a higher end client.

Market research is a broad category of what we're doing but we're not competing directly with a company like Nielsen or Comscore. Our value add is the engagement and interactive component through mobile and social.

Could I just ask as well about the logo itself; I noticed you included a Wordmark Logo in the 'Logo Styles of Interest' - are you looking for something as simple and clean as that or do you want a strong brand symbol to be a feature in the logo?

Im pretty sure we're going to need a brand symbol (even it its just some form of the initials DA). We have not decided if we will

a. Use logo primarily
b. Use logo and Discourse Analytics together in more or less equal measure
c. Use logo but also feature Discourse Analytics very prominently

My guess is we'll be somewhere between A and B. Need to see how things look though.
