Hello.  I just checked the job details and found that the design template is attached to the design breif.  In case you still cannot see it i have reproduced it below.

This project has special Australian Logo Design requirements that apply to all submissions. The project is part of a print initiative, meaning that the selected design will be sent directly to print.

What are the requirements?

1. Use design templates supplied below more details..
   Download the templates below and use them to create your design submissions. If you are unable to download the templates or require templates for different software, your designs are still expected to follow the print-ready rules outlined below.
   
   Once you have completed your design as a vector, we recommend exporting as a PNG to submit as a preview file:

   1. Export the png file Illustrator using the File/Export command
   2. Select Format: PNG
   3. Select the checkbox: Use Artboards
   4. On the next screen select Resolution: 300 ppi
   5. Select Background: Transparent
   6. Check the exported PNG image to make sure the dimensions are 1200 x 1000px

   CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) are the colors used in the printing process, whereas RGB (Red, Green and Blue) are the colours used by screen displays such as your monitor. RGB colors can not always be reproduced in printing (please note that JPEG files are almost always in RGB).
   
   Your document should be created in CMYK mode so that the colors that you see on the screen most closely match the final printed product.If you create your document in RGB, the colors in your printed product may vary slightly. Many of the bright values produced by your monitor cannot be reproduced in print.
   
   The templates below will be setup to use the CMYK color mode.
3. Design size of 1200 x 1000 (300 DPI) more details..
   Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the amount of detail the image has. Most documents prepared for upload should be 300 dpi at 100% of the final print size. Higher resolution means a more detailed image, and also larger file and longer upload time.
4. Logo design should not have a background (should be transparent)
5. Logo should be centered on the submission

Why should you follow them?

1. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements cannot be printed by DesignCrowd.
2. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements may not be payable until valid files are submitted.

At this stage I am receiving plenty of quality designs and as such I do not need to make the payment guaranteed. if you believe that you have a quality design then i encourage you to submit it for consideration. you may just win the contest!
