Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This will be my fourth DesignCrowd project so I hope my design briefs are getting better and of course I'm very excited about this project and working with the winning designer.

After years of IT consulting with a number of partners, I am starting my own brand new boutique IT services company for small to medium sized businesses.

My client base consists of small businesses including lawyers, doctors and accountants as well as more blue collar clients such as windows cleaners and car mechanics. So, it needs to work in professional as well as less professional contexts.

The services include all the IT functions required by the client, from getting under the desk fixing a loose cable to designing multi-branch networks - get them an Outcome IT.

As most interaction will NOT be done face to face, rather via email, telephone or remote access, my hope is to have a design that reflects a remote and local connection as well as trust and support.

Remote support using TeamViewer.com will be the most common interaction after phone. I can identify many features of their 'design' or brand which appeal to me, although I would stop using them and start using other different service if it was better or cheaper.

To me, their 'icon' reflects the connection between the parties and I like the single color and use of white space, much like the Skype logo.

This logo will eventually be used on my business cards, website, desktop icon for customers, avatar in forums, and who knows what else over the coming years - of course I forgot that we will be using it on the traditional paper letterhead for technical, sales, legal and invoice documents.

I own outcomeit.com.au as well as ocit.com.au so something around ocit could be possible.
