Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need x2 logos for x2 separate companies.

1) Formbot (www.formbot.com.au - not yet created).
A new platform we are launching in the next 6 weeks. This will be a for trading environmental credits without paper so we would like the emphasis to be on 'Paperless Trading'. I have attached a file with the robot logo we like (realise its similar to android) but we would like the robot eating paper or expressing his dislike for paper etc.

Please use a blue colour scheme and make it playful with the name of the platform 'Formbot' alongside. Open to ideas with this one but want something playful.

2) Australian Environmental Exchange (www.aex.com.au)
Looking for a design that is modern and an improvement on this current one. We will be looking to update our website as well in the near future for this but once we have the design of the logo finalised we will go from there.

Please use the existing dark colour scheme and improve on this one with something modern, simple and sleek.
