The 'Software' word should not take as much precedence as the 'Ability' word (i.e. much smaller).
I like the look of the 'club' aspect of the MTV logo as an example.

I'm going to select a final design at the end of business tomorrow because I love some of the designs provided and I'm going to hate picking a winner after the work everyone has put in.
