Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo designed for a destination web site that will become the single go-to place for all information regarding cannabis. The site will be a fresh and modern presentation for finding news, joining a dedicated social network, taking courses, contributing content, providing reviews on strains and other industry products/services, finding resources, etc. We do NOT want cannabis leaves as part of the logo. We want to have a NEW visual identity for this that does not associate with the old stigma of cannabis leaves and too much green. We have uploaded an example that we put together, but do not be bound too much by that, just cobbled together.
